Welcome to Your Podcast Recording!
Here's everything you need to know about your recording session at Blue Dot Media. Choose your set, prepare your questions, and get ready to create something great.
What to Expect
Your recording session is designed to be smooth and professional. Here's how it works:
Pre-Recording (15 min)
We'll get you and your guest mic'd up, do sound checks, and make sure everyone's comfortable on camera. This is a great time to break the ice before recording.
Record (40-60 min)
You'll record your conversation with your guest. Most episodes run about 40 minutes, but you have up to 60 minutes of recording time.
Wrap Up (5 min)
Once you're done recording, we'll capture any additional shots needed and you're free to go. We handle everything from here!
Post-Production
We edit your full episode, create 8 social media clips, design thumbnails, write show notes, and generate title ideas. You'll receive everything for review within 5-7 business days.
What You'll Receive
Professionally edited, color graded, and mixed audio
Fully edited clips optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Episode summary and key talking points
3-5 engaging title options for your episode
